Transitioning into the next phase, sit cross-legged or perched on your heels. Engage in Sufi grinds by rotating your torso, inhaling as you move forward and exhaling as you rock backward. This movement not only helps to loosen the hips and lower back but also awakens dormant energy. Make sure both movements are intentional, and if it feels right, close your eyes to enhance your internal focus.
