Part 7/8:
As you prepare to close the practice, transition into a seated position—either on your heels or crossed-legged. Engage in a mantra meditation, focusing on the words of the Guru mantra. Visualize a radiant ball of light or the words “Guru” as you chant along.
While chanting, direct your focus alternately between the third eye and the throat. Feel free to adjust your hands to the Gyan Mudra or prayer position, whatever resonates more deeply for you.
Cultivating Focus
Conclude your meditation by grounding your energy, cultivating discernment, and internal wisdom. Invite this focus to accompany you throughout the day. The practice closes with a reminder of “Sat Nam” and a heartfelt “Namaste,” expressing a connection to the divine within each of us.
