Laying on their backs with knees bent, they are instructed to lift their pelvises off the floor while coordinating their breath with each movement. Through inhale and exhale sequences, they focus on grounding and stabilizing their lower backs, which enhances their overall core strength.
Leg lifts are introduced to connect participants more deeply with their physical center, specifically targeting the navel point—the third chakra associated with personal will. The emphasis is on feeling energized and powerful, with the understanding that individual needs must be respected.
