Here, they are encouraged to let go, surrender to the ground, and reflect on their journey thus far. This period of deep rest is fundamental; it allows the body to integrate the energy cultivated throughout the session.
As students begin to physically awaken from Shavasana, the instructor invites them to engage in gentle movements, reinforcing sensations of revitalization and soothing any lingering tension.
