Engaging the Breath of Fire
A vital aspect of this Kundalini routine is the Breath of Fire, seemingly simple but profoundly impactful. With palms together in anjali mudra, participants engage in a rhythmical, staccato breathing technique. The focus is on strong exhalations while inhalations remain passive. This breath not only wakes up your physical energy, referred to as Agni, or the digestive fire, but also stimulates your digestive system.
