Transitioning into Movement
Moving to an all-fours position, engage in a cat-cow sequence. This flow involves inhaling to broaden the chest and exhaling to arch the spine upwards. It invites you to find a natural rhythm that resonates with your body, whether it be a slower, more meditative pace or a more vigorous one.
