Introduction to the Practice

Tuning In with Mantras
The session begins with participants finding a comfortable seated position, where they tune into their energy through the chanting of the "Adi Mantra." Andrew guides the participants to rub their hands together to create heat, then bring them to their Heart Center. Here, they are instructed to take a deep inhalation, exhale, and chant the mantra, feeling its resonance before relaxing and preparing for the warm-up.
