Engaging the Core and Closing Movements
As the practice resumes, Andrew leads participants through core movements, including the piston movement while hugging the knees to the chest and easy spinal rocking. Afterward, he guides them into either Cobra or Sphinx Pose, incorporating Breath of Fire to stimulate energy within.
