To initiate the session, participants were guided in establishing a connection with their breath through a meditative chant, "Ong Namo Gurudev Namo." This preliminary chanting serves as a spiritual tune-up, engendering mindfulness and setting a sacred tone for practice.
As the class progressed, participants were led through a series of gentle, dynamic movements. These movements involved rocking the torso, circling the spine, and engaging in fluid shoulder exercises. The emphasis was on engaging the core and cultivating energy within the navel region while accompanying the physical motion with mindful breathing.
