A creative exercise requiring participants to press away through their palms reinforced the necessity of core engagement. With the introduction of a rhythm akin to "breath of fire," participants were encouraged to snap their navel back toward the spine with each exhales, reinforcing core stability amid rapid movements.
This fast-paced practice aimed not only to elevate heart rate but also to challenge mental focus and develop an intimate connection with one’s physical and energetic body. The exertion built a sense of warmth and vitality, which was vital for the culmination of the practice.
