Seated Intention Setting
Transitioning into a seated position, participants prepare for the climactic sequence known as the Ego Eradicator. The instructor guides everyone to fold their fingertips while pointing the thumbs outward and raising the arms to a 60-degree angle. The practice then involves another round of Breath of Fire for two minutes, a powerful means of channeling energy and dispelling negativity.
Afterward, participants are encouraged to visualize the energy they unleash, generating a sense of lightness and clarity. This mindfulness introduces a meditative state where practitioners can revel in the glowing light encircling them, fostering a sense of energy and expansiveness.
