Commencing the practice, individuals are guided to find a comfortable seated position, often utilizing cushions for support. Closing the eyes, practitioners engage in an internal check-in to assess their current mental and energetic state. A few rounds of deep breathing set the foundation, allowing them to let go of distractions and become fully present.
