The First Round: Establishing Breath Awareness
As the session initiates, participants are instructed to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth, progressively holding the breath after each exhale. The emphasis on rhythm and pace reinforces a sense of unity among participants while deepening their connection to their breath.
