After a moment of respite, Adriene encourages gentle movement through the shoulders and gentle circular movements in all fours. The continued emphasis on soft, controlled movements reinforces the theme of self-awareness and grace within the practice, instilling confidence that even within a dynamic session, gentleness can exist.
