Integrating Movement and Breath
Transitioning from seated positions to lying down, participants are instructed to take their knees into their chest. This position offers a moment of reflection and connection to the breath. Then, the flow resumes with the intention of extending the limbs at a 60-degree angle during inhalation, before drawing them back into the chest on exhalation.
This pattern reinforces the engagement of the core while also maintaining a powerful breath. The oscillation between extension and contraction serves to massage the spine and awakens a deeper awareness of the body.
