Following the breath practice, participants transition into a kneeling position. A Kundalini yoga-inspired breathing technique is introduced, focusing on mindful twisting movements that promote flexibility and awareness.
Instructions:
With fingertips on the shoulders and elbows lifted high, inhale while twisting the torso to the left.
Exhale while twisting to the right, all through the nose.
This rhythmic, meditative approach is continued for approximately 30 to 45 seconds, offering a chance to feel the buzz of energy in the body.
