Following the shoulder exercise, the routine shifts toward a more dynamic movement known as Sufi Circles. Here, participants move their upper bodies in large, fluid circles around the pelvis. The torso creates a half-circle with each breath, allowing the chest area to open as the shoulders draw back while inhaling, and rounding the back while exhaling. This motion enhances spinal flexibility and promotes an energetic flow throughout the body.

As the upper body circles, attention remains focused on breathing—allowing the practitioner to feel the body’s rhythm become one with their breath. After several rounds, practitioners pause to center themselves before transitioning into a moving meditation, the Camel Ride exercise.
