Grounding After Breathwork

After completing the alternate nostril breathing, participants ease back into normal breathing. Larkin encourages an awareness of both hands resting on the knees, choosing to ground oneself further by placing palms face down or opening them up to invite receptivity into the practice.

During this phase of the meditation, there is a collective focus on the sensations drawn inward through the pranayama practice. The guidance shifts to a visualization exercise, where participants are invited to envision a glowing column of light moving along the spine, with each inhale illuminating the journey from tailbone to crown, and each exhale drawing it back down.
