This practice is accessible for all experience levels, and you won't need any props. Let’s get started by finding a comfortable position in Child’s Pose.

Child’s Pose (Balasana)

To begin, come into Child’s Pose with your big toes together and your knees spread wide enough for comfort. The wider you position your knees, the more you'll engage your inner thighs. Ensure you’re not pushing too hard, especially first thing in the morning when your body may be a little tight.
