Part 2/8:
Take five deep belly breaths in and out through your nose. This is your time to set an intention for the day — focus on your needs and what matters to you today. Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, start lifting yourself up into a kneeling position, bringing your knees hip-width apart.
Chest Stretch
From this kneeling position, walk your fingertips behind you, bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together. Lift your heart towards the sky, creating a gentle backbend. After a few moments, release that stretch and raise your hips up.
