Part 4/8:

Transition into Tabletop Pose on your hands and knees. For a wrist stretch, turn your hands so your fingertips point towards the sides of your mat. Inhale as you drop your belly and lift your gaze for Cow Pose, then exhale to round your spine in Cat Pose. Continue this flow for four rounds, keeping your elbows straight.

Gate Pose - Left Side

Return to Gate Pose on the left side by extending your left leg out and reaching your right arm up and over. Engaging your core, roll your right shoulder back and ensure you're not tilting forward. Just like before, you can lower your right arm down to support the pose, then press your hips back towards your right heel to stretch your left hamstring.
