Baby Cobra Pose
Lower down onto your belly, flipping your hands back out beside you and lower your torso down. Lift your upper body in a Baby Cobra, keeping your feet shoulder-width apart. Engage your legs by squeezing your heels together, lift and separate them, then lower down. Repeat this for a total of three more repetitions.
Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
Transition into Downward-Facing Dog with your hands shoulder-width apart and feet hip-width apart. Move through your body to release any tension in your ankles and calves.
