Part 6/8:
Lift your right leg toward the sky, bend your knee to open your hip, and step your right foot to the outer edge of your right hand, dropping your back knee to the mat into Lizard Pose. Allow your right knee and thigh to be heavy, maintaining a low center of gravity. If you feel comfortable, you can lift your left heel for a quad stretch, twisting your upper body slightly.
Lizard Pose - Left Side
Transition back to Downward-Facing Dog and repeat the same flow on the left side. Lift your left leg, open your hip, and step your foot to the outer edge of the left hand, dropping the back knee. Again, you can choose to stay here or incorporate the quad stretch by bringing your right heel in towards your glutes.
