A Transformative Morning Yoga Practice
Yoga is a sacred tradition that promotes harmony between the mind, body, and spirit. In today's morning practice, we focus on grounding and awakening the energy within through a series of mindful postures, breath control, and meditation.
Setting the Scene
We begin our yoga journey in an easy pose, encouraging participants to feel their sits bones sinking into the earth. The instructor guides the class through a series of gentle hand movements to awaken the nervous system, enhancing awareness of the body. With palms rubbing together and a relaxing focus on breathing, practitioners are encouraged to close their eyes, enfold their hands into a prayer position at the chest, and center their thoughts.
