Introduction to the Practice
The session begins with an invitation to stand and center oneself. Starting from a standing position is emphasized as it quickly activates the body’s energy. Inhale deeply, reaching your arms overhead, and exhale, bringing your hands into prayer position. This grounding breath sets the tone for what is to come.
