Twisting for Energy
Transitioning from tapping, the practitioner moves into a twist from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. With hands on shoulders and knees slightly bent, engage your core and twist your upper body to raise your energy levels. This move fosters stability while promoting mobility, allowing the torso to engage fully while the lower body remains grounded.
Grounding and Calibrating Breath
Inhale deeply and find a moment of stillness at the center, visualizing energy rising within. As you exhale, allow your arms to fall, recalibrating your breath. Close your eyes to deepen your internal connection, feeling your heart lift and energy pulsate through your body.
