Downward Facing Dog and Sun Salutation
From the cat-cow flow, the practitioner moves into downward-facing dog. Here, the body is encouraged to step forward into a traditional Sun Salutation sequence. Each movement is linked with breath, inviting more energy into the body and smoothing out the previous practice's intensity.
