Part 7/8:
As the practice winds down, moving into seated poses and then transitioning onto the back, participants are guided towards stillness. The process of active movement begins to settle, giving way to passive breathing in the final resting pose, Shavasana. Here, participants are invited to embrace stillness as a means of self-care, letting go of all effort and allowing the body’s natural rhythm to take over.
The culmination of the practice fosters a deep sense of acceptance and introspection, illuminating the space where mind and body meet with the heart. Releasing control over the breath, each participant lingers for as long as possible, basking in the love and healing energy cultivated throughout their practice.
