The practice culminates in a series of slow, intentional movements; arms are raised overhead to touch, then extended outward as participants prepare to ground themselves back to the earth. The significance of checking in with one’s feelings at this stage reinforces the core principle of mindfulness embedded in the practice.
Ending the session, participants are invited to bring their hands to heart center, once again resonating the mantra Dev Namo three times, a beautiful conclusion that offers peace and harmony to all.
