It's important to bear in mind that this pose may also elicit gas release, humorously termed the "windbreaking pose."
Rolling Forward: Transitioning to Sitting
Following this, you can gently roll back and forth along your spine to transition to a sitting position. This playful movement helps alleviate stiffness and encourages flexibility as you prepare for the next exercise.
