The final exercise in this morning set is referred to as Ego Eradicator. In this pose, you position your arms at a 90-degree angle, fingers touching the pads of your palms, and tuck your chin down to create a strong electromagnetic presence. Engaging in breath of fire for two minutes while maintaining this position enhances your energetic field, leaving you feeling light and bright.
