Participants moved into a stretch pose, where they held their legs extended while engaging their core. Here, Mari introduced the Breath of Fire technique once again—a powerful method intended to clear toxins and unwanted energies from the body. With each exhale, students were encouraged to visualize releasing whatever no longer served them.
The practice included drawing the knees to the chest and integrating the Breath of Fire, allowing for an invigorating release of energy and stress that built up in the lower back.
