To prepare for the meditation, participants are instructed to follow specific steps:
Hand Positioning: Begin by bringing the left hand into a mudra, where the thumb touches the fourth fingertip, extending the hand out to the side. This mudra is believed to enhance focus and energy flow throughout the body.
Nostril Control: Close off the right nostril using the right thumb. This practice shifts focus to the left nostril, which is associated with cooling energies and promotes relaxation.
Eye Position: Close the eyes and roll them upward towards the third eye point. This orientation is thought to enhance concentration and inner vision.
