Part 2/7:
The practice began with participants sitting tall in a comfortable position, closing their eyes, and bringing hands together in Anjali mudra at the heart center. We started our session by chanting "Om" three times, followed by three iterations of the Lakshmi Mantra. This invoked the divine presence of Lakshmi—the goddess of wealth, prosperity, and beauty. It was emphasized that embodying the frequency of Lakshmi invites compassion, love, and an inner radiance akin to "human sunshine."
As we took controlled deep breaths, participants dropped into their bodies, developing awareness of their current feelings and thoughts. The importance of witnessing these emotions, without judgment, was highlighted, reminding everyone that they are precisely where they need to be at that moment.
