Once you have grounded yourself with your breath, lie flat on your back with arms, neck, and legs slightly elevated off the ground. Engage in Breath of Fire for approximately 30 seconds to 3 minutes, breathing deeply in and out. This initial exercise helps activate your core and energize your body.
2. Nose to Knees
Next, gently bring your knees to your chest while attempting to touch your nose to your knees, continuing with Breath of Fire. This position not only stimulates the abdominal area but also encourages a playful engagement with your body, facilitating quick bursts of energy.
