Part 2/7:
With hands formed into a unique mudra, participants are guided to place them atop their heads, inviting energy from the lower chakras to rise. This visualization aims to connect with the core self, where breath becomes an ally in the exploration of one’s inner landscape. As attendees inhale and exhale, they tune in to the rhythm of their body, using the breath as a catalyst for movement.
The session encourages a gentle undulation of the spine, promoting fluidity through the hip area as participants shift their energy. Variations of cat-cow pose lead to deeper engagement with the body, awakening Shakti—the divine feminine energy that resides in every individual.
