Following this movement, participants form the Yoga Mudra as they embrace the sacred practice of holding space. The use of a series of mudras acts as a unifying tool, resonating with both the masculine and feminine energies within each individual. As hands come together to form different shapes and expressions, there is a powerful release and acceptance of one’s own energy.
The facilitator guides the participants in dynamic movements, invoking locks of energy, known as bandhas, which draw the focused energy inward. Through careful execution of each practice, the participants embody the essence of Shakti residing within.
