This transition leads to a forward bending posture, where individuals grasp their big toes with their fingers, encouraging a nice stretch through their hamstrings and legs. In this position, participants are invited to visualize energy traveling up through their legs and spinal column, emphasizing the idea of drawing up the shining energy inherent within.
