As you shift into cat-cow stretches, focus on your breath. Arch your back as you inhale, and round as you exhale, moving through this rhythm several times. This supportive practice enhances spinal flexibility and prepares you for the subsequent transitions.

From downward facing dog, flow into a plank position, maintaining a straight line from your head down to your heels. After several rounds of shifting between these two poses, lower your knees to gracefully transition back to seated positions for hamstring and hip openers.
