Part 6/7:
Shift back into Child’s Pose (Balasana) with knees wide and big toes touching. This restorative position allows for a gentle stretch in the back while calming the mind. Use this time to be present, taking two deep, grounding breaths.
After the restful pose, take a seat in a position comfortable for you. Perform gentle neck stretches by dropping one ear to the shoulder and extending the opposite arm, followed by a spinal twist. Repeat this sequence on the other side to release any tension accumulated in the neck and upper back.
