Morning Yoga Practice: A Strength-Building Flow
Good morning everyone! Today’s short yoga session is designed by Cassandra and emphasizes building strength through a dynamic flow. Geared toward intermediate practitioners, this flow offers an invigorating start to your day, while also incorporating slower, stretch-focused poses to warm up the body. No props are required, making it accessible for all.
Setting the Intention
We begin in Balasana, or Child's Pose, a comfortable starting position. Cassandra encourages the participants to take a moment here, focusing on deep breaths, to connect with themselves and set an intention for the day. This intention can be as simple as a single word, guiding the practice beyond the mat and shaping the day ahead.
