Part 2/8:
Start by standing at the top of your mat with your feet shoulder-width apart. As you gently sway your arms side to side, allow your body to transition from sleep to activity, inviting energy into your day. As the gentle music plays, slow your movement and come back to a centered position; take a moment to shake out your hands and wrists, inviting any lingering stress to dissipate.
Moving forward, inhale deeply as you reach your hands overhead, and exhale as you fold forward. Modifications are encouraged, so bend your knees if necessary. Your yoga practice is about honoring your body and its capabilities.
