To further enhance relaxation, practitioners are invited to subtly massage their shoulders, necks, arms, and hands. Gentle tapping around these areas fosters greater awareness and prepares the body for deeper stretches.

Inhale, Twist, and Release

Participants are guided back to center to inhale and lift their hands overhead. With the exhale, they will initiate a gentle twist to the left, allowing the spine to engage in safe rotation. After a few moments, this twist is mirrored to the right.
