The flow continues into Downward Dog, where participants form an inverted V-shape with the body. After several breaths, they step the right foot forward, followed by the left, smoothly transitioning into various poses including Warrior I and Warrior II. The session stresses the importance of maintaining alignment, particularly ensuring that the knee is at a 90-degree angle during these warrior poses.
Increasing Intensity
With the flow established, Radika ramps up the challenge. Participants are prompted to engage in deeper stretches and transitions—moving from chair pose (Utkatasana) to forward folds, and from plank to urdhva mukha svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog). The sequence is rapidly paced, promoting cardiovascular engagement as well as muscular endurance.
