Throughout these poses, the focus on breath and intentional movement allows participants to ground themselves, transforming the physical practice into a non-verbal conversation between mind and body.
Journey Into Stillness
As the session progresses, participants are guided into deeper stretches and changes of focus, including a nurturing Child’s Pose and Half Splits. These moments of stillness encourage reflection, providing space for letting go of tension and welcoming tranquility.
