Reverse Tabletop and Stretch

Transitioning into reverse tabletop involves pressing through your hands and feet while lifting your hips. Keep a slight bend at the elbows to protect your joints. Hold this pose and feel the opening in your shoulders and chest. After gently lowering your hips back down, extend your legs and fold forward while hinging at the hips.

If you feel a significant pull in your hamstrings, it's okay to bend your knees, maintaining a mindful connection to your breath during the entire movement.
