Mid-Practice Energy Boost: Heart Openers and Hip Openers
Midway through the class, Nicole introduces heart openers and hip openers, combining strength and flexibility to counteract the back bending and further invigorate the body. Participants move into a low squat position, utilizing their elbows to gently press their knees apart, promoting hip mobility and chest expansion.
Ergonomically challenging yet rewarding, these poses invite participants to deepen their awareness of their bodies and sensations, ultimately leading to further relaxation as they invite a greater range of motion.
