The neck is also included in this awakening sequence with large, deliberate rolls, allowing any morning stiffness to dissolve away.
From here, a transition into pigeon pose helps open the hips, with participants encouraged to take their time and feel the stretch. This sense of ease continues with a rocking motion to gradually invite more movement, fostering a connection with one's body.
