Neck Rolls and Arm Expansion
Post-breathing, roll your neck in a circular motion. Move clockwise several times, then switch to counterclockwise, ensuring to release any tension in your neck. When you lift your head back up, interlace your fingers and place your hands at the back of your neck. Inhale deeply and open your arms, puffing up the chest, and look upwards. As you exhale, round your back, bringing your chin to your chest. Repeat this movement synchronizing with your breath a few more times.
