Warrior II and Extended Side Angle

Unwind your twist and lower your right arm. Now, open your back leg to create a kickstand and windmill your arms up to enter Kneeling Warrior II. Focus on your front middle finger while relaxing your shoulders. Inhale to flip your palm, reaching your right arm overhead for a reverse warrior, potentially hovering your left hand or placing it on the mat. Transition into an extended side angle by resting your right forearm on your thigh while reaching overhead with your left arm.

Switching Sides: Left Leg and Awkward Positions

Repeat the movement sequence on the left side. Open the left knee, circle it, and sweep it forward into another low lunge. Engage in the twists as before but altering with your left arm reaching toward the sky.
